An all-time classic, the preparation for this particular Biryani takes well over 4 hours and we only serve it on SATURDAY (please call ahead!). The unique preparation has baby goat/lamb/chicken marinated and placed underneath a bed of uncooked rice which then upon being placed in an oven (in a sealed pot) are simultaneously cooked together creating the most flavor possible from every single bite!
