An all-time classic, the preparation for this particular Biryani takes well over 4 hours and we only serve it on SATURDAY (please call ahead!). The unique preparation has baby goat/lamb/chicken marinated and placed underneath a bed of uncooked rice which then upon being placed in an oven (in a sealed pot) are simultaneously cooked together creating the most flavor possible from every single bite!

An all-time classic and a great introduction to the Indian subcontinent's cuisine. We take the Chicken Boti (boneless white meat chicken pieces) and proceed to then cook it in a rich, creamy orange sauce spiced with Fenugreek (very mild!).

Similar to the Lamb curry preparation but a bit higher on the spicy scale with the inclusion of spicy mustard sauce. Cooked with potatoes.
